Mais peu de biens correspondent, selon eux, à leur budget d’autant plus limité qu’ils sont souvent des primo-accédants et ne disposent donc pas d’épargne et/ou d’apport élevé. Ce qui les pénalise face à des banquiers de plus en plus exigeants également sur l’endettement mais aussi la distance entre le domicile et le travail ainsi que l’état de votre logement. Par ailleurs, si vous optez pour une passoire thermique, des travaux seront nécessaires. Avec l’envolée de l’inflation, leur coût est de plus en plus cher.
